The registration fee includes

Registration Policy

Each registered conference attendee allows presenting a maximum of two papers. If you wish to present more than two papers to the conference, please make sure that you make the appropriate arrangements with your co-authors for presentation at the IAQVEC 2016

If a cancellation is received before Sept 30 th 2016, via info@iaqvec2016.org, the registration fee minus an administration charge of 150$ will be refunded after the conference.

Via email request, we will accept substitutes who has not been previously registered. However, at least one author for each paper must be registered.

Visa Invitation Letter

Visa Invitation Letter will appear on your IAQVEC 2016 submission system account when you have completed your registration payment.

To have finalized Visa Invitation Letter you may go to Edit User Details of your account to infill the Passport no. and Date of Arrival.
